1. Use of personal data
1.1. 3di Zarządzanie Informacją spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow, Zduńska street 18/3, 30-304 is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register at KRS No. 0000602925, share capital: PLN 285,000.00, tax identification (NIP) No. 6762501985 (hereinafter also referred to as “3di”) collects and processes the personal data of the users (hereinafter also referred to as: “Users”) of the website: www.3di.com.pl (hereinafter also referred to as: the “Website”) – provided by them during the use of the Website – upon the rules specified below.
1.2. 3di is the administrator of the data.
1.3. The collected data is processed in the manner consistent with the provisions on personal data processing, in particular the Personal Data Processing Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922), the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243) and the Act on Rendering Electronic Services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030). The objective of the data administrator is to provide the Users with suitable protection of the personal information they provide.
1.4. 3di collects the following personal data of the Website Users: email address.
1.5. The collected data is not provided by the Data Administrator to other entities, except for the entities providing IT services to the Website, with maintenance of confidentiality, and the entities authorized, under the provisions of the law, to obtain data.
1.6. The collected personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the agreement concluded by and between 3DI and the Website User, and for the purposes of direct marketing of own products and services. In this case, direct marketing means information on 3di offers and promotions.
1.7. The provision of personal data by the Website User is optional, but necessary for the performance of the agreement, and tantamount to expression of the consent for its collecting and processing for the above-mentioned purposes.
1.9. The collection of Users’ data, collected by 3di, was submitted for registration to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection under art. 40 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).
2. Cookies at www.3di.com.pl
2.1. 3di also collects and processes the data collected through cookies.
2.2. Cookie files constitute IT data, usually in the form of small text files. They are sent from this Website to an Internet user’s device (computer, tablet, etc.) using the Website, and then stored on such a device. They allow to adapt the functioning of the Website to the preferences of the given User.
2.4. 3di is the entity that places cookies in the device of the person using the Website and that receives access to those files.
2.6. The use of cookie files by 3di is not harmful and does not cause changes in the configuration of the device used by the Internet user, or in the software installed on the device.
2.7.2. functional cookies – associated with the technical functioning of the Website and its configuration (among others the adaptation of its operation to user’s preferences)
2.7.4. advertising cookies – they allow to adapt the advertising to User’s needs; they may also be used for displaying advertisements outside the Website
2.7.5. the cookies allowing 3di to advertise in other websites, including to add a link to the 3di website
2.7.6. the cookies allowing to remember how Users make use of the Website (e.g. which pages are visited by them most frequently)
2.7.7. the cookies allowing to adapt the displayed data to User’s location
2.7.8. the cookies allowing to validate the given User’s visit and to adapt the Website functionalities to it
2.7.9. the cookies allowing to verify authenticity, to optimize the Website capacity and security
2.8. On the Website, 3di applies the following types of cookies:
2.8.1. “session” cookies – stored in the web browser until it is closed
2.8.2. “permanent” cookies – stored for a longer period of time, depending on the settings of the User’s browser
3. Disabling cookies
3.1. An Internet user may change the cookie settings in its browser at any time, including by disabling them completely.
3.2. Lack of the settings in the scope of cookies is tantamount to acceptance of the cookies used by the Website.
3.3. A change in the settings of the level of security against cookies increases data security and protection, but may also prevent from using some of the Website functionalities.
Depending on the browser used, for the purpose of setting an individual level of protection from cookies you should:
a) Mozilla Firefox
Select in the browser menu: TOOLS > OPTIONS > PRIVACY, and then activate the field: ”apply user settings”.
The User will decide to accept cookies by clocking on “Accept cookies”.
b) Google Chrome
Select in the browser menu: SETTINGS > SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS > PRIVACY > CONTENT SETTINGS, and then change the settings in the “Cookies” field.
c) Internet Explorer
Select in the browser menu: TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > PRIVACZ, and then use the slide to set the selected level of security and accept changes by clicking on “OK”.
Select in the browser menu: TOOLS > PREFERENCES > ADVANCED, and then mark – or not – the “cookies” field.
